Partner David E. Frulla and Associates Shaun M. Gehan and Andrew E. Minkiewicz of the firm’s Government Relations and Public Policy Practice Group, led and participated in a roundtable discussion sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy (SBA) in Washington D.C. The group discussed changes to the Magnuson-Stevens Act of importance to the commercial fishing industry and the regulatory issues associated with the changes. They appeared alongside senior officials from the chief regulatory agency, the National Marine Fisheries Service, and the SBA.
