Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s Regulatory and Legislative Update Seminar

The Telecommunications Practice Group hosted a seminar, "Regulatory and Legislative Update," for more than thirty clients. The seminar, which was held at the Park Hyatt Washington Hotel, covered issues such as pending FCC petitions, intercarrier compensation and universal service developments, VoIP developments, and state and FTC developments.

In addition to the Telecommunications team, Partner David Yohannan from the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology group presented a review of the Verizon/Vonage patent litigation.
