Mr. Price has obtained FTC and DoJ Antitrust Division clearance on numerous M&A transactions. He works with clients through each step of a deal, including structuring transactions in markets with potential competitive issues, risk allocation, facilitating due diligence and information exchanges between competitors, Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) pre-merger notification, regulatory approvals, pre-closing gun-jumping advice, and representing clients in merger investigations.
Mr. Price also represents trade associations and foreign and domestic companies in a variety of industries and, in particular, businesses that face legal issues involving technology, broadband and telecommunications services. He has significant experience with network security issues, including application of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA).
Previously, Mr. Price served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edwin H. Stern of the New Jersey Appellate Division.
