Shabbir Wakhariya is a partner in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Wakhariya’s practice has a dual focus – New York and India. In New York, he advises clients on commercial litigation and international arbitration. In India, he advises clients on commercial litigation, arbitration, investment regulations, telecommunication laws and regulations and corporate compliance.
Mr. Wakhariya has represented companies in the fields of pharmaceuticals and vaccines, telecommunications and IT, media and entertainment, hospitality, financial services, metals and mining, civil aviation and aerospace.
