Patricia Lee is a partner in the firm’s Stamford and New York offices. She focuses her practice on project finance, telecommunications finance, lending and corporate finance transactions.
Ms. Lee has more than 20 years of experience representing banks, investment banks, export credit agencies, finance companies and corporations in corporate finance and securities transactions, including project financings, syndicated loans, asset-based loans, restructurings, acquisitions and divestitures, private equity investments, capital market transactions and leasing.
Represented the Export-Import Bank of the United States in project finance transactions, including a project at a refinery in Indonesia, an ammonia facility in Trinidad and Tobago and a liquefied natural gas facility in Qatar.
Represented the financing party for telecommunication networks in Mexico and Argentina.
Represented lending institutions in several domestic project financings, including the financing of a particle board facility, a newsprint facility, a hydroelectric power plant and pulp facilities.
Represented the agent banks in restructurings of debt financings of one of the largest electric utilities in South America, a pulp facility and a computer ferry operation.
Represented a special-purpose acquisition company in the cross border financing of its acquisition target, a steel processor, and in subsequent restructuring efforts.
Represents an electrode manufacturer in various financings and favorable refinancings and merger and acquisitions projects.
Represented the agent bank in various syndicated financings, including fuel rods and the sale/leaseback of an interest in a nuclear power plant.
