Michael Kerwin is director of Georgetown Economic Services (GES), an economic consulting subsidiary of Kelley Drye, and has been a member of GES since 1993. In his tenure with the firm, Mr. Kerwin has worked in furtherance of client interests before various agencies of the federal government, including the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Customs Service, the Office of the United States Trade Representative and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
Mr. Kerwin has acted as an advocate in both written pleadings and oral testimony for clients in industries including specialty steel, non-ferrous metals, pipe and fittings, agricultural commodities, processed food products, chemicals and consumer electronics. Mr. Kerwin’s work has encompassed investigation and interpretation in the areas of international trade, corporate finance, foreign currency exchange, market analysis, pricing, channels of distribution, and manufacturing processes.
Mr. Kerwin is the co-author of The GATT Uruguay Round: A Negotiating History (1986-1992), Antidumping (Kluwer Law and Taxation Publishers).
