Matt Sullivan is an associate in the firm's Washington DC office. He focuses his practice in the areas of advertising, privacy and information security, consumer protection, and food and drug law.
Mr. Sullivan counsels clients regarding all aspects of regulatory compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state statute and trade regulation rules. Mr. Sullivan assists clients involved in FTC and state investigations involving advertising and consumer protection claims.
Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Mr. Sullivan worked for a national wireless service provider where he provided public affairs and crisis communications support and developed social media policies and programs.
