Team member involved in defending JPMorgan Chase Bank in an adversary proceeding filed in connection with the Lehman bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking to recover millions of dollars in transfers under fraudulent transfer, constructive trust, and conversion theories.

Lead associate involved in defending securities broker-dealer in receivership action involving common law and state statutory claims.

Part of trial defense team in white collar securities fraud criminal action that obtained favorable plea agreement.

Assisted in the appellate representation of leading manufacturer of refractories in class action alleging Sherman Act anti-trust violations by Chinese minerals producers.

Part of trial team in defense of Department of Justice action alleging Medicare and Medicaid fraud against pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Lead associate on team that represented federal bank in action to collect on personal guaranties.

Part of trial defense team that obtained favorable settlement in a multi-million dollar intellectual property lawsuit alleging state and federal claims, including misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and federal copyright infringement.

Team member representing senior indenture trustees in dispute over subordination provision regarding interest payments after the filing of bankruptcy.
