Kristin Hartofilis is an associate in the firm’s Stamford office. Her practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation. She regularly advises clients on qualified and welfare plan administration, including fiduciary issues, and has experience in many areas of executive compensation, including deferred compensation, supplemental executive retirement plans, equity-based compensation, and employment and severance agreements. She also has experience advising clients on the employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including the employee benefits provisions of purchase agreements, due diligence, treatment of sellers’ plans, and integration of acquired employees and plans into acquirers’ plans.
