Katie Rogers is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.  Her practice focuses on helping clients comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and related federal and state agency laws and regulations for marketing and selling products. Ms. Rogers has many years of experience conducting and managing food and dietary supplement labeling reviews in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Act and Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. She also has specific expertise in reviewing green marketing campaigns to ensure compliance with the FTC's "Green Guides."
