Ilona Korzha is an associate in the firm’s Parsippany office. She focuses on civil and complex commercial litigation. She handles matters for a variety of industries including telecommunications, construction and finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Korzha was a law clerk to the Honorable Burrell I. Humphreys, J.A.D.

Representative Experience

Assisting in the representation of an international telecommunications company in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. In a case of first impression, the case was dismissed for a lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

Assisting in the representation of two financial institutions in a highly contested foreclosure matters. The cases were won on summary judgment.
