Mr. Marchese also has significant experience advising corporate clients on all legal matters relating to large-scale projects involving the establishment of new manufacturing and other business facilities in the United States, including strategic planning and analysis, and the negotiation and documentation of comprehensive of incentives agreements.
Mr. Marchese's experience in site selection matters covers a broad range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, steel, energy and rail cars. Among the clients he has advised on large-scale projects are DaimlerChrysler, Mercedes-Benz, EADS North America and Airbus, Svenskt Stal AB, Boeing, Ipsco Steel and National Steelcar.
