Before moving to private practice, Ms. Tomanda completed a two-year Pennsylvania Supreme Court clerkship with the Honorable Ronald D. Castille, who is currently Chief Justice of the court.
Representative Experience
Serve as insurance coverage counsel to a former lead paint manufacturer in a state court action to recover insurance funds for bodily injury and property damage claims.Litigating in state court on behalf of a bankruptcy trust, which was created to process personal injury claims against a former asbestos producer, to obtain insurance coverage under commercial general liability policies.
Representing an automobile leasing company in arbitration to recover residual value insurance proceeds.
