She has drafted complaints, answers to complaints, responses to audit and enforcement inquiries from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Universal Service Administrative Company, petitions for review of FCC orders, and related procedural court filings. She also assists clients on issues related to state certifications, tariffs and state and federal agency reporting requirements.
