Cameron Argetsinger is a senior associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on litigation and insurance recovery. Mr. Argetsinger has represented corporate policyholders in a broad range of insurance coverage disputes, including claims regarding coverage for employment practices liability, environmental contamination, antitrust litigation, flood and hurricane damage, intellectual property liability, false advertising, lead-based paint, asbestos, False Claims Act, overseas tort liabilities and directors’ and officers’ liability.
In addition to insurance recovery, Mr. Argetsinger has represented clients in a number of commercial disputes involving false advertising, defamation, construction design defects and international trade.
Mr. Argetsinger has represented clients in trial and appellate courts and arbitration tribunals all over the U.S., including federal and state courts in Virginia, Ohio, New York, Illinois, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Court of International Trade. In addition, he has successfully resolved many claims on behalf of policyholders through negotiations prior to filing litigation.
