Mr. Blaustein regularly represents secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees and holders of public debt securities in Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases. He has particular experience in advising parties to derivative contracts on drafting and negotiating forwards, swaps, master agreements and credit arrangements, and their rights under the safe harbor provisions of the Bankruptcy Code.
