| Jason K. Levine is an Associate in the Firm's Antitrust and Trade Regulation, and Advertising and Marketing Law Practice Groups. His practice focuses on consumer protection, advertising and antitrust matters. |

Representative Experience:
Mr. Levine counsels clients regarding regulatory compliance with statutes and regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Communications Commission, Consumer Product Safety Commission and state attorneys general. Representative matters include responding to investigations regarding compliance with the Telemarketing Sales Rule and drafting Special Reports for the FTC, as well as serving as antitrust counsel to trade associations and joint buying group ventures.
Mr. Levine also assists clients with unfair competition issues and privacy and information security matters. Additionally, he counsels clients regarding the structure of a variety of promotions, including sweepstakes, contests, and loyalty programs. |
