Karyn Fulton is a partner in the New York office. Ms. Fulton is also chair of the Attorneys Committee. She focuses her practice on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture developments, leasing and construction, permanent, and mezzanine financing.
Ms. Fulton represents domestic and foreign owners, developers, investors and lenders involved in transactions relating to a wide range of real estate holdings throughout the United States and using a variety of ownership vehicles. |

Representative Experience:
Played a key role in the representation of a Cork, Ireland-based investment fund in a joint venture with a major publicly traded hotel management company and the joint venture's acquisition of a four-hotel portfolio financed in part by mortgage and mezzanine debt from an international lender.
Represented a major real estate investment trust in connection with its acquisition and financing of a trophy office building in New York City.
Played a major role in the firm's representation of Forest City Ratner Companies in the formation of a venture with ING and in the venture's partnership with The New York Times for the development of the new 52-story New York Times headquarters building located in the 42nd Street development area adjacent to Times Square. |
