Jean Park is a partner in the firm’s New York office. She focuses her practice in the area of labor and employment. Ms. Park is a member of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Ms. Park is experienced with all aspects of labor and employment law and has represented employers in a range of industries, including for-profit businesses in the financial services, banking, retail, manufacturing and construction sectors, as well as not-for-profit healthcare, education and social service entities.

Ms. Park brings real-world perspective to her practice, having served as director of human resources and associate general counsel for a start-up venture that grew into a multinational company.

In addition to partnering with her clients to provide advice, counseling and training, Ms. Park represents clients before administrative agencies; defends against employment discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, retaliation, defamation and wrongful discharge claims; and represents management in union organizing drives, NLRB proceedings and labor arbitrations.
 
Honors and Awards:
Ranked in the 2009 edition of Chambers USA as a leading labor and employment attorney. Chambers describes Ms. Park as a “tenacious litigator” and reported one client commending her “personalized approach that has redefined for me what a lawyer can bring to the table." The labor and employment practice was also highlighted in the 2008 and 2009 editions of Chambers USA as a leading practice in New York.
