Ms. Park is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Ms. Park is practiced in all aspects of labor and employment law and has represented employers in a range of industries, including for-profit businesses in the financial services, banking, retail, manufacturing and construction sectors, as well as not-for-profit health care, education and social service entities. Ms. Park brings real world perspective to her practice, having served as Director of Human Resources and Associate General Counsel for a start-up venture that grew into a multinational company. In addition to partnering with her clients to provide advice, counseling and training, Ms. Park represents clients before administrative agencies, defends against employment discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, retaliation, defamation and wrongful discharge claims, and represents management in union organizing drives, NLRB proceedings and labor arbitrations.
