André Van Landuyt is a Belgian and U.S. trained attorney and managing partner of the firm’s Brussels office.

Mr. Van Landuyt has for many years represented U.S. and other high-tech companies in Europe, in connection with the structuring of their business and the distribution of their products throughout the European Union.

He has further assisted a large number of corporations in E.U. and international business legal matters, including in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

The Brussels office and Mr. Van Landuyt serve also as counsel to the firm’s international clients on various European regulatory compliance matters, including on E.U. export controls.

The office further keeps clients regularly informed on E.U. legal developments such as, in recent years, on the E.U.’s REACH (“Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals”) program.
