Mr. Carr's practice focuses on all aspects of corporate bankruptcy law in both transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Carr is Chair of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group and a Member of the Firm's Executive Committee.
 
Representative Experience:
Represents owners and management companies of shopping centers in retail bankruptcy cases, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, purchasers of bankrupt companies, bondholders and lenders in business bankruptcy cases.

Represents creditors' committees in chapter 11 cases and landlords' committees.

Regularly assists the Firm's asset-based and commercial lending practice group with debtor-in-possession financing and protecting lenders' rights, the Firm's real estate practice group with protecting and enforcing landlords' rights and claims in bankruptcy cases, and the Firm's litigation practice group.
