| Mr. Wolfram's practice focuses on business law of the United States, Germany and the European Union, involving business organizations of all kinds, non-profit institutions and individuals. Mr. Wolfram concentrates on commercial transactions, corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and divestitures, corporate restructurings, joint-ventures, licensing, franchising and distribution agreements, asset and investment management, foreign and domestic investments, establishment of a U.S. presence, and participation in U.S. and international commercial litigation. Mr. Wolfram is a Chair of the European Practice Group. |
