Peter Wolfram is a partner in the firm's New York office and chair of the European practice group. He focuses his practice on business law of the United States, Germany and the European Union representing business organizations of all kinds, non-profit institutions and individuals.

Mr. Wolfram's experience includes commercial transactions; corporate financings; mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and divestitures; corporate restructurings; joint ventures; licensing, franchising and distribution agreements; asset and investment management; foreign and domestic investments; establishment of a U.S. presence; and participation in U.S. and international commercial litigation.
