Jack Garraty is a partner in the firm's New York office and chair of the Tax practice group. He focuses his practice on taxation, partnership law and real estate finance.
Mr. Garraty assists clients with leasing transactions involving all types of equipment, with particular experience in real estate and real estate finance. He also handles acquisitions and dispositions of companies and assets, including corporate acquisitions and sales and purchases of real estate. In addition, Mr. Garraty has experience with the formation of partnerships and limited liability companies, including development and investment vehicles. |
