Representative Experience:
Represented Equitable Life as seller of a portfolio of office buildings to Trizec Hahn, a transaction which, including purchase money financing, involved $775 million.
Represented CIGNA, Equitable Life and Lincoln National as co-lenders of a $165 million mortgage loan made to an affiliate of Vornado Realty Trust, owner of the 2 Penn Plaza office building in Manhattan.
Represented 1100 Avenue of the Americas Associates, as landlord of a 350,000 square foot lease of the Home Box Office headquarters building. |
