Represents major corporations such as Union Carbide Corporation and Hercules Incorporated in sophisticated commercial litigation, including disputes over the purchase and sale of businesses.
More than 25 years of experience in product liability and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, Agent Orange, silicone breast implants, Bhopal. Also experienced in related insurance coverage litigation and in operation of joint defense and judgment sharing groups such as the Center for Claims Resolution.
Representations also include not-for-profit institutions, real estate litigation, and trust and estate litigation. |
