Mr. Collis' work as an Economist with Georgetown Economic Services has included antitrust, litigation, advertising, communications regulation, auction design, international trade, and damages estimation. In his work on antitrust he has assessed market definition, market power, and the likelihood of government action. His work on advertising has included analyzing clinical studies for statistical significance and performing statistical tests and regression analysis on clinical data. As part of his work on international trade, Mr. Collis has given testimony before the Department of Commerce.
Mr. Collis has worked on issues involving a variety of different industries including telecommunications, nails, graphite electrodes, refineries, entertainment, fisheries, industrial chemicals, industrial gasses, breakfast foods, internet security, oral health, and supplements.
Mr. Collis is not licensed to practice law.
