Susan Yeu helps clients close all types of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions throughout the United States.

She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating leases, including ground leases and subleases, on behalf of landlords and tenants for retail venues and shopping centers, office, and industrial properties.

With hundreds of millions of dollars in successful deals closed, Susan has earned a reputation for bringing creative structures to even the most complex and sophisticated deals.

Susan advises institutional clients and other businesses on all stages of the leasing process. Her experience ranges from negotiating and documenting letters of intent, lease and work letters, extension agreements, and other amendments, to termination and beyond. She also advises on lease and assumption agreements, signage rights, guarantees, subleases, subordination agreements, and landlord consents.
