Leveraging extensive courtroom experience, government insights, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Glenn Graham delivers effective advocacy and positive results for consumer-facing businesses in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters.

While his diverse practice involves all manner of commercial disputes, Glenn is particularly well-versed in consumer class actions, consumer protection, and data privacy issues and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional—United States (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Having handled cases at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts across the country, Glenn recognizes that the twists and turns of litigation mean that there is no single pathway to a favorable outcome. Each case requires its own tailored strategy and each client deserves counsel that considers its unique concerns, goals, and risk tolerance. He provides honest, clear-eyed assessments of each matter and works closely with his clients to chart a course best suited to their objectives for each situation.

Glenn’s experience includes consumer class action defense, commercial litigation and contract disputes, and law enforcement investigations involving consumer protection and data privacy.

When his clients face government scrutiny, Glenn draws on his time serving as a deputy attorney general with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, Consumer Fraud Prosecution section to develop approaches informed by his knowledge of how investigators and prosecutors make decisions and pursue cases.

Glenn led the Division’s data privacy and cybersecurity efforts and prosecuted civil enforcement actions on behalf of consumers for violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, HIPAA, COPPA, and other statutes. The hands-on and practical experience he gained at the Attorney General’s office included the opportunity to manage and resolve large cases early on in his career and helped him develop the valuable courtroom and motion practice skills that now serve his clients so well.

Clients don’t want their lawyers to sugarcoat things, but they also expect workable solutions and a clear path forward. My goal is to deliver both honest assessments and proactive strategies to achieve the best possible outcome.”
